Yucca Tees – Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you prefer to arrange your own return postage, just let us know when requesting the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

- The item is damaged or faulty

- You received the wrong item

In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and offer you a full refund or a replacement.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can be returned, but only for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend completing the return process for your original item and placing a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
